In 2004, the Figura family decided they would take their outstanding reputation in the home building industry along with their expertise and relocate to Myrtle Beach.  Horizon Homes quickly responded to the demand for a local developer and builder who could provide customization and personal service.  The personalized family approach has been so successful that fifty percent of sales in 2005/2006 were a result of referrals from prior Horizon Home customers.
